I became interested in Real Estate in the 90's while doing a lot of re-modeling and some construction. I have a vast knowledge when it comes to homes in general, so I had decided I was going to buy and sell houses. I felt my first step should be to acquire my Real Estate License, thinking this would be the best way to find the great deals. Little did I know how much I would enjoy working with buyers and sellers, so much that I really had little or no time to become an investor. Now I am a full time Full Service Realtor that specializes in the Mid-Cities area but will work from Weatherford to Mesquite and beyond if needed. I also really like the Southlake/Keller areas.
To my Buyers, I realize the purchase of a home is such a huge investment that is not to be rushed into and I will never make you feel like you’re with a used car sales person. Although the perfect home may not exist it's important to find the right home that meets your family’s needs. To my Sellers, I will spend a considerable amount of time discussing values and helping you stage the home to make it most desirable to your prospective buyers. If I can't sell it I will not list it.
